Hi Adelbert! Thanks for visiting my blog! Yeah actually these are the first actual filled chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever seen. Like you said there are sandwiches like ice cream sandwiches and also whoopie pies, and then there are those jam-filled shortbread cookies, but I’ve never seen an actual cookie like this filled with something. Have you seen another, or are you formulating a new business idea?
