Cookie Review: Every Burger Cookie

Yes, I said “Every Burger.” My sister found these at the Korean Market, Zion (despite the cookies being Japanese):

Cookie: Every Burger

Cookie: Every Burger

(the 2 indicates that there are 2 trays of cookie burgers inside. Can’t read anything else but the title. Anyone care to translate?)

Again, a translator would be helpful.

The sis and I were so very curious. We eagerly lifted up the flap of the box and we could not stop laughing and gushing over these cookies!!

Isn’t that the cutest?!?! A cookie that looks like a hamburger! I don’t eat beef — but this is a burger I can eat!!! Two biscuits sandwiching a layer of chocolate. And they’re bite-sized!

Perhaps even half the size of a bite. If you know what Hello Panda is, it tastes VERY similar to that. The biscuits are not dry and there’s a really good amount of chocolate in there. Full of taste and crunch. A very unique, cute, entertaining and delicious snack! Can I have some cookie fries with that?

  • Taste: Good to know that this company didn’t only rely on the cuteness of the cookie to get them by; the cookies actually taste good. 8
  • Crust and center moistness: relieved to taste that the “buns” weren’t dry, because they kinda look a little dry. and the record-breaking SoCal heat wave has made the chocolate melt to the perfect texture!
  • Value: $1.69 — great value! Just under $2!
  • Overall: If you’re jonesing for a snack and you come across this, put it in your “to get” list replacing Hello Panda (and don’t forget to pick up some Pocky and Yan Yan). 8
